Embroidery Terms and Conditions

Custom digitized logo and design pricing ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Pricing is based on complexity of the design and stitch count.

With custom digitizing, Sportacular Players will attempt to get as close as possible to original design. Please understand that your custom design will be slightly different, because it's converted to stitches. All digitized logos and designs must be approved prior to being sewn on any items.

Our liability for embroidery on customer-provided items extends only to the cost of the embroidery. All customer-provided items are embroidered at the customer's own risk. We will not replace any customer-provided items under any circumstances. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom embroidery.

Screen-Printing Terms and Conditions

Minimum 15 pieces required for screen-printing, along with required 50% deposit. There is a one-time $25.00 digitizing fee for all custom designs and logos. In addition, there is a one-time screen-charge of $15.00 per color and/or per location.

Additional Charges
Ink Change Charge: $10.00 per change

All digitized logos and designs must be approved prior to being printed on any items.

We will gladly screen-print customer-provided items. Minimums still required. Our liability for screen-printing on customer-provided items extends only to the cost of the printing. All customer-provided items are screen-printed at the customer's own risk. We will not replace any customer-provided items under any circumstances. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom screen-printing.
